Sunday lunch on the terrace, shielded from the breeze and soaking up the sun... What a great location.... and the service from Molly and her team was fantastic - just the right level of attention and very personable.... and the food... Wow! The mackerel starter was superb, as was the tempura squid and the pork barrel bun hit the right notes too. The mains (sea bass, roast cod, fish burger and tuna salad) were first class - perfectly cooked and presented with great flavours!

We had lunch today and it was glorious... squid, grilled prawns, mackerel and crab, everything was super-fresh, tasty and well presented. The service was really attentive, the wine was perfect and the sun was shining... just lovely!! Thank you to the whole team x

Wonderful place! This is second time we’ve been here for dinner and drinks and both times have been amazing, service has been superb and food super tasty and cooked to perfection. We were a little disappointed to see there were no cocktails on the menu. However when we asked the manageress, I believe her name was Molly she offered to make us some. She asked mine and my husbands likes and dislikes and made us both the perfect cocktails. Definitely the best in Bexhill. Molly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. All staff were amazing and we can not recommend enough.

Fabulous food, friendly staff. Generous portions. I had the fish platter for 1, really enjoyed it. Inside and outside seating. Sea views. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Pay for street parking is short walk away. Interesting building. Lovely decor.
